The Springfield Flock of Greyface Dartmoor sheep was established in 1991 at Rushton Spencer, Macclesfield, UK, by S & J Bullock.

Initially, ewes were purchased at the National Rare Breeds Show and Sale at Stoneleigh, Warwickshire.  Now the flock is closed and only rams are bought in.

Classes for the Dartmoor are popular at many agricultural shows.

The Springfield flock has been successful at Cheshire County, Shropshire and West Midlands, Oswestry, Denbigh and Flintshire and The Royal Lancashire shows.
